Q: Once I receive it, how do I use my coupon?
A: It's very easy. Just present it when you seek service or, provide your unique coupon code when you contact the business to secure a reservation or appointment if needed.

Q: What if I lose my coupon?
A: You can login to your account on Qponus.com and print another copy. If you can't remember your password just enter your email in the password reminder box on the login page. Your coupon is coded and can be used only once.

Q: Is there a time limit to use the coupon, or any restrictions?
A: Any restrictions are clearly published with the original daily offer and are also printed on the coupon. This may include time restrictions.

Q: Are coupons redeemable for cash?
A: The certificates are sold for less than face value and are not redeemable for cash.

Q: What if the business refuses to honor the coupon?
Before we let everyone know about an offer we make sure that the business has agreed to honor all coupons.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the service that I purchased?
Just as you would normally, please seek full satisfaction from the service provider. Qponus is not responsible for fulfillment of the service purchased with the coupon. Each business that provides coupons is responsible for fulfilling its services.

Q: Can I buy more than one coupon for the same service on a given day, such as for a gift?
Absolutely.

Q: Can I buy a coupon after the day it is offered?
A: Sorry, no, this is a one time offer only available for a very limited period so you have to buy it on the day it is offered.

Q: Is this safe and secure?
A: Qponus does not store any of your credit card information and all credit card numbers are transferred using SSL - a standard industry security measure which encrypts your card data.

Q: How will I recognize the charge on my credit card?
A: The coupon charge will appear on your card statement as "qponus.com".
