Personal trainer Robyn Dalton, is offering three personal training sessions that you can take anytime this year.

Todays offer includes:
  • One hour long fitness evaulation (includes girth measurements, body fat testing, upper and lower body strength testing, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility testing, postural analysis, movement pattern analysis, diet analysis and goal setting).
  • Two half hour personal training sessions.
  • The sessions can take place at any of the downtown Beacon Hill Athletic Club locations and the offer includes day passes for the club.
